Summer is really killing me now - how are the conditions at Milton Keynes at the moment?
Need a fix and prepared to take desperate steps to get one!!

fatbob, couple of weeks ago on a Tues. Morning conditions were quite nice. I'd say if you get there for 08:30 for a 9am start you could have a sweet hour or two, now if only we could get them to speed up the poma

Went this afternoon - possibly the most pleasant environment to be in in this weather. Very quiet - snow not in too bad a condition, few hard patches, sugary stuff building up on the sides a bit slow.

Going on Aug 13th. My nieces are having a snowboard lesson, so I will have an hour to myself. Interesting to get the feedback. Would not normally go as the conditions have been poor. On another note......to book by phone is a nightmare..1 hour 15 mins in total I tried over a week , ridiculous. Why offer a phone service if no-one answers. MK, if you are reading- sort the phones out, not everyone has/or wants to use the internet(anyway, i had vouchers so I had to phone!)

Customer service at the MK snozone has always been apalling.

At one time a fuss was made about it on another website and the phone waiting times got much better for a while.
I've never had any problem with their web booking service - you just have to get registered the first time.

Friday was great - probably the best conditions I've ever seen, no expanses of ice to speak of, reasonably groomed & freshly made (in their terms) snow. Also virtually empty, probably around 15 people in total & both lifts working.
Also a real relief to be cold for a while!
