Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

When are hotel room prices released for 2007?

I have managed to get some cheap flights to Girona for half term feb 2007. I have been trying to book a hotel room on the various sites lastminute.com,alpharooms hotels.com etc for a hotel in soldeu andorra and have found that noone is releasing any prices. Does anyone know when next season's room rates are released? I prefer to get booked early on so that I can get the right sort of place for the family (some hotels just dont suit children) Any ideas?

I've been speaking to hotels direct (via e-mail). Check out the resort's web-site - they normally have a hotel links page. They respond within 24 hours I find. I reckon they will be at last no more expensive than any of the 'discount' sites.
