Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@BobinCH, I presume you were not one of the paragliders hanging around at the top of the Croix de Coeur. Given how miserable it was surprised so many spectators cycled or walked up. It looked pretty dodgy for the first part of the descent though it does seem an interesting climb, I wonder if the Tour will use it at some point.

Alas no I rode back to town as didn’t fancy sitting up there in the cold! It’s a cracking climb and steep without a break all the way from Verbier. I’ve not been down the other side to La Tzoumaz on a bike but I’ve driven up it and it’s pretty gravelly!

Some good banter after Vaughters had a go at Thibault Pinot for being a crybaby after he complained that Jefferson Cepeda didn’t work on the front snowHead

EF overplayed their hand in the end though and it cost them the stage because eventually Pinot said "anyone but Cepada" and made sure his eventual attack didn't succeed.

Some nice images of the Dolomites, they have not managed to ride up the Hidden Valley though Smile. Still a fair bit of snow at the top of the Valparola. Hopefully G keeps the Maglia Rosa

Yep. That was horrible to watch. I thought 26 seconds was going to be enough. Chapeau to Roglič.

Delighted, big Roglič fan.

The curse of Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos strikes again.

This is an even more amazing story...

"Apparently, the guy in red shirt jersey who pushed Primoz Roglic after the mechanical was Mitja Mežnar, his former teammate from the Slovenian ski jumping team. And today's stage started in Tarvisio where Rogla won the Junior World Ski-Jumping Championships, his last victory before he took up cycling full time!"
