Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

4 or 5 Night trip anywhere

Just lookimg at TO websites but no long weekend trips all are 7 nights. I know this from over the years but how do others keep finding 4 and 5 night holidays in the snow. Need some more snow before seasons out. Austria and Italy prefered but Andorra looks promising but seems expensive for what it is. Dates any time after 20th March. Any ideas?

Given how this season has panned out so far, look for something with altitude. Something with skiing at 2000m and above.

Book your own trip DIY. Iv never booked a package ski trip. Easy enough to do with Easyjet/Ryanair/Jet2 etc, transfer or hirecar, then a hotel or Airbnb. Sorted. 99% of the time its cheaper too.

There are daily flights to lots of northern Italian airports and rental cars are extremely cheap. Book flight/car and decide night or two before you go where you are going based on snow conditions if thats whats important to you.

Fly to Innsbruck or Friedrikshafen or Munich, hire a car, drive to place with snow, stay in hotel, return.

Watch the weather closely in Scotland. There might be a 4-5 day opportunity in a weeks time due to weather and temperature forecasts. 20th March might be very very good in Scotland, but wait a few days to decide.

Yes, agree with previous comments - definitely put a trip together yourself. Forget tour operators.

Look at Sunweb, they often have deals less than 7 nights and will include lift pass too. We normally book hotel/apartment with them and then sort out our own flight and transfer.

@Gainz, I don't know about Austria, but if Italy or France you almost certainly, much more than most seasons, need to look high. Next 10 days going to be very critical to many lower resorts.
