Do you have to stop? Would the timing work to eat first? The Circle (part of the larger airport complex) has loads of restaurants. Its only 2hrs to St A give or take, so you could also pick up sandwiches/ salads from the train station part of the airport campus. They have pret, bakeries, supermarkets, sushi, thai, mcdo etc

great fan of the train but it doesnt work for us this trip, so in a car.
Have loads of time so could eat at the airport or in resort, but thought why not do something different if anyone knew a good stopping point.

@hobbiteater, the circle has really good options. Leon’s (not same as UK) is my favourite if I'm killing time there. Also has a little park out the back for a leg stretch. And it has BBQ pits so go full Swiss and grill a sausage before you set off
