My wife did a 3 month course with them in Fernie a while back. She came back having thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Accommodation was good (a shared house), and the coaching was excellent. While she was there she was immediately offered a job at Sunshine Village in Canada. She now works for a ski school here in Switzerland every winter.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

The nonstop courses get really good reviews. You are paying through the roof for convenience though. You could do multiple seasons for the price of a single course.

I think they get raved about generally. Having seasoned in Fernie their first winter and having seen the feedback from boarder2020 about what more recent alumni think - I question whether the reviews are really as much about Fernie as a cool place to ski and hang out/socialise as specifically about the NonStop experience. As as been said many times before there is a significant premium you pay with this type of outfit for having things done for you and for the ready made social group.

It's an interesting point. It's not like most of the skibums not on the nonstop course are having a bad time! I guess some people do like the structure of a course. Also some don't have the confidence to make their own arrangements and head out on their own (although if you have anything even resembling social skills and stay in a hostel not finding friends shouldn't be a worry). Their courses deliver what they say, it just comes down to if you want to pay a premium for it.

You'll need to Register first of course.

While expensive, it's also quite the challenge to find accommodation in Fernie that's reasonably priced (this year at least, and not being in the country). I was seriously considering a nonstop course based on that alone, to be honest.

I wouldn’t be going on this because I can’t meet people or make friends. You could definitely rent an apartment and do a season much cheaper. However I’m looking to really improve my skiing do as much off piste as I can. So looking for instruction / guide theres courses In France for 6 week wanting £5000. Warren Smith is £2400 for 4 weeks with no accommodation. If I do a trip like this it’ll be a once in a life time trip but that’s not to say moneys no object

You don't need partners or guide for inbounds offpiste in Canadian resorts as it's all avy controlled. You can find instructors/coaching anywhere and mix some 1:1 lessons with some free skiing. (Personally I'd rather do that than be stuck in a fixed course with a group I may or may not like but YMMV). I'm biased but I don't think anywhere will improve your skiing as much as kicking horse due to the challenging terrain (and I just think it's an awesome place). Also if you want backcountry touring kicking horse or revelstoke give you great access to Rogers pass which is arguably the best backcountry touring spot in n America.
Don't be so sure. Funny how many of mine and others multiple seasons in Canada started with a "one time season".
