Simple question. Has anyone had a holiday with them and are they any good?

I am always a little doubtful about companies who don't pay much attention to their T&C's. It might suggest either that they are overstretched or a tiny operation.
Probably not as important as actually arranging accommodation, meals etc but Ski Vertigo / Ski Famille don't appear to have yet noticed that we have left the EU, and advise getting an EHIC prior to travel and that you register with the EU's dispute mechanism if you have a problem!

I bumped into a rep at Lyon last season. He confirmed that they are Ski Famille, and chose Vertigo for their expansion into Tignes. I think the marketing idea was to reinforce the selling point of altitude.

@chocksaway, seems it's more to offer something for older families and couples and leave the younger families with Ski Famille.

Yes, they are small, but the management team have been in the ski business for years and years.

I see that Ski Vertigo are the same as Ski Famille, who seem to have a good rep on here and across other places.
Got my eye on a nice chalet in Val with them, so wondering if anyone has actually stayed with them yet and got any feedback?
