Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Has anyone got a email address for EasyJet customer service, more senior the better.
it seems they have pulled my Flight Club membership in March with no notice, never mind they changed a flight for me beginning of April & when I called them their manager refused to speak to me as I was no longer a member!
I know have 5 flights that were booked on the understanding that I had the flight club flexibility that are now no use to me.

How frequent is frequent? I pay for EJ Plus so get most of the benefits but free changes would be good. I probably fly with them two or three times a month in ski season, once a month the rest of the year.

I’ve been a member of Flight Club for 10+ years. The membership requirement was 20 sectors per year, or 10 sectors per year for 10 years; I think it was updated to a minimum spend of €1,500 per year in 2019 ish. They no longer publish the details online for the criteria…

The criteria is online and is as you state. I meet them but from the confused information I got it sounds like they are pulling it.
@jafa, I last used mine on April 7th but yesterday they advised I no longer have flight club with no notice

It’s not online anywhere I can see (though some third party sites mention 20 flights a year). The club is still mentioned on EJ’s site but it just talks about “our most frequent flyers”.

Just to close this out, after several calls, turns out original call handler was talking utter rubbish.
I do still have flight club and there is no review of the overall program going on

I imagine this has been a challenge over the past couple of years.
