Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

*there has been an update to EE systems throwing up some billing anomalies for usage abroad* so check your bill but don't necessarily faint immediately!
By anomaly I mean my £110 bill had become £8600......
I thought my day had seen way too much action already: the 12er Kogel in Hinterglemm stopped halfway through my journey this morning as wind gusts buffeted the cabins all over the place. The police came into the Hex bar to check covid compliance and then i saw the most outrageous one piece OOSC suit ever. I would post a picture but it woukd need a warning.....
Anyway i have spoken to EE and my account has ben un suspended. They are trying to resolve the issue but worth a check of your account if abroad and give them a call if it is unusually high. They were very helpful on the 07953966250 help number
*edit* the charge was the result of an issue with the roam further pass being used by my son in Canada so maybe nothing to worry about with EU only roaming. Title edited as there are other threads discussing general roaming charges, this is a specific short term issue

Do they count from the date of your first contract? (ie over 10 years ago in my case) or do they count the renewal date of a more recent contract
Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Aye, same here, I am never changing it !
I also got some ludicrous additional data for free (which I never use) as I signed up a tenant on a - now sold - rental flat to EE broadband.
He must have left at least 3 years ago, and I still get 11g per month of data..........which can also be used abroad.
