Poster: A snowHead

"Fully" Vaxed in April 2021 with a positive US PCR test on 3 Jan 2022 (which forced us to push back our flight). Went to a French Pharmacy this week and they issued the Pass Sanitaire for my 2 doses of Pfizer, but didn't mention the pass wouldn't be valid without a 3rd dose.
On French Vax booking site, a positve test is a contraindication indication for getting boosted for 2 months which was confirmed by local Vax site (which also requires a French Health Card). If the positive was in France, it could be uploaded and validate my Pass Sanitaire, but a US positive doesn't qualify. (Does the virus know?)
We are suppose to pick up 7 day pass and skis this morning in 3 V. What to do? (FWIW, every restaurant I've been to the last few weeks has served me when I showed my US vax card with the 2 shots...nobody mentioned the need for a 3rd, but are things different in 3 V vs SW). What's the best possibility for skiing this week? Has anyone found convenient daily testing?

Obviously A snowHead isn't a real person

Is testing daily even an option? My understanding of the Pass Vaccinal superseding the Pass Sanitaire is that, for adults, it no longer is.
In terms of skiing this week, I think your options are to try to get your positive PCR recognised in France (may be impossible) or go to another country. How long ago was your second vaccine dose?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@MEfree30, have you tried scanning the code the pharmacy provided with the TAC Verif app? That would (I think) tell you if it's currently valid.

You could pop into the medical centre in Meribel and see if they will add your positive PCR test to your Pass Sanitaire, A friend in a similar situation did this.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Thanks. No problems today. I had tried some of the suggestions...at the Chambery Vax Center, half a dozen people were very friendly and seemed like they wanted to help, but ultimately we were told that we needed a health card or French Residency for 3 months to get a booster shot and that France doesn't recognize the US positive to go the recovered route.
