As the subject states, any good restaurant recommendations for large groups (10+)?? We're based in a chalet close to the Super Morzine but happy to go/walk wherever.
Also any good bars for 35+ age group and vibe??

L'Etale - just down from the Pleney lift. Not haut-cuisine but lots of crowd pleasers and the usual local savoyarde fayre.
We've had groups of 20 in it, and service has been super.
It is close to a few of the bars you're likely to be frequenting - the Cavern, Haka, Le Crepu, and the Bec Jaune microbrewery is probably closer to you. Dixie Bar (premier league soccer, 6 nations rugby sort of spot) is a bit of a walk downhill and full of British and Irish, but good fun.

Had a very good sup in a newish Italian just along the river from the Mairie a few weeks ago, tiny place but excellent food.

Le Grillon just over the road from the Super Morzine. Not too expensive, wide menu from pizza to traditional savoyarde, can easily take a party of 10. It's not haute cuisine but the food is very palatable

To be honest if you're booking and not half term week most restaurants will have no touble seating 10. I've done multiple trips to Morzing with HOFBAR, back there on Sat. actually and the whole chalet (so ~15 people, including hosts) normally eat out twice a week without issue
Le Grillon owned by the same people as L'Etale from memory, with Le Grillon meant to be the slightly posher one. Both good though. One has a cellar room that's great for atmosphere - but can get a bit warm once half the customers have ordered hot stones/flaming meat trees/raclette and fondue heaters.
You'll get a table for 10+ into the Bec Jaune too. They are doing more American stuff this year, so burgers/ribs/etc.

The Grange has some large tables in the annexe and does good food.
The Local (formerly Sherpa) does excellent vegan and veggie food if that's your bag.
The Farmhouse used to be great back in the day with big long tables for groups, but I do not know if they still offer catering for non-guests anymore, and the restaurant link from their website is not working now. But worth a shot if the resto is open.
Bars not mentioned above: Tibetan, Robbo, Beanies (also does food, but might not have a table for 10).

Tibetan looks good and just the vibe our group would be looking for!

A number of the bars in in exactly the same building, leading to the worlds shortest pub crawl.
Ground Floor: Crepu one side - lots of bar but not much customer space/mainly 20s/30s crowd and Haka the other - more customer space/similar crowd.
-1: Tibetan Cafe - more rock playlist but can be just full of sweaty, 40+ blokes.
-2: Coyote Bar - technically a pool bar but while the pool tables can be busy the bar area can be nice and quiet, so space and easy to get served!
-3: The Cavern - usually empty till about 9pm when it starts filling up with mixed dance/pop/rock soundtrack. Crowd covers 18-80 but get there early if you want a table.
Another one I can't see mentioned is Cafe Chaud. Slightly hidden away with a similar soundtrack to the Tibetan but with a crowd about half the age.

Cavern is normally packed for Apres Ski between 5-8 (Have been the last 7 years apart from last year) as they have live music on. Jukebox Joel normally does a 3-4 evenings a week and is great fun singing loads of singalong favourites. (Sweet Caroline, 500 miles, Daydream believer etc all mixed in with a bit of ACDC, Rolling Stones etc. And as his name suggests you're always free to shout out some tracks and he'll play it!)
Peroni pumps on each table too so you dont have to fight your way to the bar.
