Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Vanoise Express

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hello everyone, has anyone travelled on the Vanoise Express this season and if so what, if any, measures have been taken to prevent the spead of covid? Do they limit the number of people or is it still the same numbers i.e. cattle truck?
We usually go across the Les Arcs once or perhaps a couple of times during our week long trip to Plagne 1800 but I don't want to be herded in so I might just be content with the local La Plagne pass this year.
Speaking of crowds, the Colossus lift queue is usually rammed towards the end of the day are there any measures to maintain social distancing he asked laughing? I'm not sure the bus back to LP would be any safer.
Cheers

Apologies - not in the Isere systems but our experience in Crans M was that in the big funitel to Plaine Morte, time of day made a huge difference to numbers travelling - and one day we got there at the wrong time, and although we were careful, the car became rammed. That happened three or four times at the middle weekend. But people were good at wearing masks, the windows were open, and we tested negative when returning to UK later…
