Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

La Tania area GCSE PE ski lessons

Hi all,
Can anyone give me any experience or advice as to if there are any ski schools in La Tania that provide a GCSE Skiing assesment sessions with video evidence?
I have seen that chill factor in the uk run such a course but i would much rather my son did this in resort when we are away at half term.

@bert7cosby, It's 6 years ago but I did this for my daughter. Just made and stitched together a video of the relevant things. Just got the rules from the teacher and there was no problem as it was assessed by that teacher, although moderated by another I think.
Maybe things have got more complicated since then.....

I don't know the answer but do make sure who ever you get to do it knows what the particular GCSE board you could is doing and what the requirements are for them. So that each requirement can be covered with the video. Check out YouTube for since presentation ideas of you do do it yourself.
This is an interesting read, although directed at BASI ski instructors selling the service it does contain some useful information. Don't rely on the information on what needs to be covered for the different GCSE board a it's a few years old and may be out of date
