@swskier, I've had really good experiences messaging Dalbello directly on FB (less good going via their regional offices) - they sent me a pair of free replacement tongues for my Lupos with no issues, and even included a free Dalbello branded Moka Pot coffee maker

@swskier, it is a riveted in part, how old is the boot, if within warranty then they are pretty good at fixing things like this very quickly, if it is out of warranty then it is a case of getting the part and finding somewhere that can fit it having done a few it certainly isn't the easiest job in boot repair but it is possible

@CEM, thanks for the heads up. I think I bought them during the 17/18 season, it's the exact same boot as in the link I posted up above.
Almost certainly not in the warranty, but I will see what they come back with. Perhaps this is the perfect excuse to buy something new

if they haven't had a lot of use send me a picture of the back of the boot so i can identify the part
