Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Alpe d'Huez - 8th Jan.

Hi all.

Anyone fancy joining an oldie?

61, but I don't feel or act it. Pretty good skier, and try to ski twice a year.

There are flights with Jet2 from Manchester to Lyon for £107 including skis. Transfers by Bens Buses for £58, and Accommodation for £359 on Sunweb(there's a different one with indoor pool for £20 more), both include lift pass.

So if my maths is correct, that's £524. I normally take some bacon for breakfast, but even if we eat out every night, it's an incredibly cheap week.

Alpe d'Huez is no2 on my wish to ski areas, after Paradiski. I'd be happy to go there instead, or several places I've been before, if the week was good, but not the place(though I can't imagine why)

Very Happy

I'm not ruling out this trip.

I've now booked to go back to Cervinia on 6th March, so maybe I'll make do with 2 trips(cos Kirchberg 5th Feb).

I'll leave this up, for info for others - and, well, maybe I'd do this as well.
