Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Suggestions on accommodation for Short trip , short notice for small group or solo in les arcs preferably on the Vallandry side.

Pre-covid ive been going out on short notice following a dump for a few days.
I was staying in a brilliant hostel in nancroix but that has now gone. Crying or Very sad
Im old and dont like snowboarding on ice or more than few days.

Id been keen to know any places that offer shortnotice ( a week or less) and random days.

I suspect hotels are my only choice.

And advice?

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@tuxpoo, maybe try asking on Chalets Direct solutions board. If you just want to be in the tarentaise, there are a couple of places in Sainte Foy Tarentaise that will do odd length stays if they have availability

Try giving Steve Nash a call at Chalet La Bas. He's usually very happy to take short notice bookings if the Chalet isn't full. He'll run you to whichever resort you fancy depending on conditions. Dead easy to head up to Les Arcs via the Furnicular or La Plagne lifts are 10 mins drive away.

Try booking.com, usually a mix of apartments, hotels and hostels on there.

If you aren't set on Les Arcs in the Paradiski area I can highly recommend Ho36 in Plagne Centre. Been there for both family and boys trips and it's been great.
