Help!!
Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better!
Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Hello
1st or 2nd week of December - Hoping to get a week in before xmas this year - 2 adults 2 kids (kids 6+5). Where does one recommend for good ski school, nice village(with some apres) with snow...
What country will be easiest to navigate covid regulations with kids on tow. (travelling from Ireland). We are open to Austria , Italy and France .. thanks

Is this time the only option as I think you'd be better off going in early March when the weather is warmer and you will have more choice of family orientated resorts with enough snow cover. Places like La Rosiere, Val Cenis and Montgenvre would be good with kids this age learning to ski but I doubt they would be fully open before Christmas week.
Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

I think where ever you go it will be a risk due to being so early I the season but somewhere like Val Thorens or Tignes will have the good chance. IMO Tignes is better for beginners
As said going later is better although this season the price difference this year IMO is way more. We've previously done March since having the kids but this time March is so much more so going in Jan

Soldeu in Andorra? They always try to create snow for the holiday in early December.
