Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

So @BobinCH, think you must be finding out like we did that Internet out in the Siberian boondocks is none too good Laughing

Also, we found that a lot of other gear (GPS etc) behaved in weird ways, hence I lost my drone that just decided to fly off after showing some weird behaviour.

This was yesterday - on IG now a nice 360 edit - good to see he opted (copied) for the pole-mount as opposed to the gnarwhal mount!

That edit and subsequent upload probably took him ages, hence no posts here?

The longer the pole you can carry the less of that effect you can get away with. Most be quite warm with all that exposed skin.

@BobinCH, personally don't think it's such a good angle, not as dynamic, for a good chunk of it you might have just used an ordinary GoPro?

Anyway your Strava is showing that it was a pretty successful trip Very Happy

And looks like you were doing 3 to 4 climbs a day, so very similar figs to ours.

And now loads of time on the way back to write up/edit vids etc

@Weathercam, cracking trip. Our guide was a trail breaking beast! 1000-1500 per day but felt like more as a lot of fresh busting
