@Arno, yes, Irish may well get a Brexit bonanza.
(Quite a lot of UK residents are entitled to Irish passports, not sure whether they can benefit or it needs proof of residence).

It's nothing to do with residence, it depends on where someone (or someone's mother) was born (and that can be in the North!).
Methinks that between Coronathingy and Brexit the Irish Passport Office is having a hard time.

Surely the biggest expense for chalets companies is renting the chalet and the rent is high because those running the chalets would be using very cheap labour. Those owning the chalets will not want to receive no rent so will presumably lower their rents to account for the increased costs.
