Step forward Mr & Mrs Smokin Joe , mind you they'd be a bit baggy on both of them, call it the snowboarder look.

There's something about a well worn skisuit though that adds a little credibility back to it, I think it shows that you've bought it to actually use rather than to pose in.

cold and fairly miserable today, but the snow was good and most peeps left about 11.30. We skied till 13.30 and had a very good time on empty slopes and straight onto every lift! I did get very cold though - feet froze off nearly. Anyway, the crevassess are opening up again in jolly numbers (because it's been warm), and the new snow has gone - but who cares - it's loads better than we could have hoped 3 weeks ago.
forecast is for good weather Fri and Sat, so keep fingers crossed.

Yes a good day - sun, a dusting of fresh snow, and very quiet! And there were a few crazy skiers and boarders throwing themselves around in the snowpark for added entertainment. Shame it's now closed.
I took my camera up but didn't stop long enough to take any photos - doh!

Doesn't seem that long since your Winter reports ended. Thanks for giving us a taste of the snow through the summer.

johnboy, I imagine, as a farmer, it would be very difficult for you to holiday in the summer?

easiski,
I actually work as an Agri Adviser. We don't do alot of farming now as we rent out most of the farm. We used to milk cows. The winter would tend to be a busier period for dairy farmers as this is when most farms calve their cows. The summer generally gives more time to go on holiday apart from busy silage periods.
