Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

.... although it isn't happy.
As it fell on a Saturday we miss out on a day off work.
Any civilised society would either give you the Friday or Monday in lieu of this - savages.

Seems that we celebrate everyone else’s national day but don’t have one ourselves in England ?
Saturday was Yorkshire day and the 27th of November is Lancashire day But it’s not really the same.
Probably too late to dream up a Shakespeare day so perhaps just more egalitarian to celebrate with others ?

Ok, let’s go with the 23rd April. Just need to think up some sort of theme that involves fireworks, a National, costume, a national instrument and a national dish ? Then tell other countries about It so they can post pictures in their social media too

Well in the interests of representing the traditional commoner the national costume should surely include a cloth cap for the men and a shawl for the women, a national instrument should be something from a brass band, and for the national dish how about faggots and peas?
