Cycled up round the back of hintertux today, 4150 foot ascent, OK it was on an e-bike, to get to the jump. Pretty sure we could see the chicken rock from the dam.

Sorry to say I didn't have the balls. The girl in the video had no fear. The guy said jump and the just stepped off, zero hesitation.
I was surprised to find that the guy organising the activity centre up there is Peter, the old owner\manager of Scotland Yard, and the dark haired barmaid, may have been his partner was in the cafe. It was a real surprise to see them both.

Don't like the swing back towards the dam wall as that platform doesn't seem to extend very far and IIRC physics means dams are wider at the bottom:shock:

@Dave of the Marmottes, was thinking the same thing. OTOH I looked closely at the video and could not see any blood smears on the wall so I suppose they must have done it mostly right!

It was weird, the top of the wall had a significant overhang.
And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

Heavy rain overnight. New snow on the mountain tops round Mayrhofen and still snowing above the middle station at Hintertux. Pity we go home today.
