More seriously they do need off season maintenance and probably a proper shut down procedure. Lots of the Alps obviously spins a number of lifts in the summer for tourist access so even if CV lockdowns are lifted I imagine they'll take longer to get tested and re-certified.

@Dave of the Marmottes, They ran in Cham for a day or two after lockdown for proper end of season shut down.
