Whiskey Muhle was rubbish last time I was there. Used to be a bar on the corner of Dorf and the main road which was good fun always lively tables and seating outside and inside, showed six nations rugby too. Can’t remember name of it though sorry

Jamjar is the best bar in Soll if you are into live music, 5pm each evening.

Yes, was there a couple of weeks ago. Early afternoon tho', pre apres crowd. In the small bar upstairs and band area was set up in the corner. Get the house pizza!!!!
Downstairs was ok, quiet, but again we were early but not early enough to get in the bar which was full.
The apres bar that used to be just over the roundabout is now a sports shop and it has moved to the bottom of the slopes (really, really, the bottom - it's opposite the lowest carpark) and has an "umbrella" type extension... typical apres - v loud, bouncing, and bands on in the evening.

Whiskey Mühle or JamJar for me, both have live music and good beers.

Salvenstadl was the best après bar when I was last there but think it’s the one that’s moved

Yes, Salvenstadl was closed at the end of last season. The primary options now are the Moonlight Bar and Hexenalm at the gondola station, Jam Jar at the roundabout on the main road, the Red Horse behind the MPreis, the new 'sAustria bar in Hotel Austria, or the Whiskey Mühle in the centre of town. Plus of course the quieter hotel bars and restaurants.

We’re off there on Saturday! All Soll bars are great for Apres! As mentioned the Jam Jar is very lively with bands at 5pm. Whiskey Mule is still going strong with bands/DJ from about 10.30pm. There’s a small upstairs bar called the Mill Soll which has bands at 5 & 9pm. Sports are shown in both - we’ll be there watching the rugby on Saturday afternoon. S’Austria (Austria Hotel) is also popular, both at 5pm & later I think. Red Horse sports bar also has an Irish bar attached, popular for bands. A couple of new wine bars also in the village this year. The new ‘alternative’ to Salvenstadle is the Hexenzeit, right at the bottom of the road from nursery slopes, just before the roundabout. The infamous Frog on the Tyne will be there 5.30pm on Sunday (& other venues during the week). Closer to the Gondola there are a couple of more traditional Austrian Apres - the Moonlight & Hexenbar. Enjoy
