Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

St Gervais what to do on last day

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
What can we do on our last day in at Gervais - 2 adults and 3 teens. We are staying at le Regina in les bains. Was thinking either the spa (where is this and how would we get there) or going to Le fayet for the day (is there non skiing stuff to do here?) How would we get there? (from memory, it too far to walk). We did the tram up last time, which killed some time, but literally a tram up a mountain and back down again. Our oui bus doesn’t leave til 5pm, so we have a full day to kill. Please oh wise ones, give me your advise, especially on transport links to other places. Very Happy Very Happy

Well we would, but lift passes expire on the 13th and we fly the 14th. I suppose it’s an option, but wanted to explore other ideas too

The thermal baths are in Le Fayet. You can get a local Sat bus. Timetable at www.sat-montblanc.com I don't think there is much else in le Fayet. In the main town of St.Gervais there is a swimming pool and Ice rink.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

upgrade them for an extra day. Shouldn't cost too much.

Certainly less than a 1 day one.

Get a 4 hour pass if you want to ski but if you are happy not skiing, then the parc thermal is fantastic. Takes 3-4 hours.
You could get train up to Chamonix, it’s 10 minutes away
