Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Is there a lift pass office in Briancon (Serre Chevalier)?

We're doing a family DIY half-term ski trip this year, first time to Serre Chevalier so please bear with. I'm trying to sort out lift passes online and it is providing a new level of frustration. Although they seem to offer a 'home delivery' service (I'm a bit reluctant to have £670 worth of passes delivered to my AirBnB before I get there), the power of Google doesn't locate an actual lift pass office I can walk up to (credit card in hand) in Briancon. I cannot believe there isn't one, but any local knowledge gratefully received. Cheers.

There is an office at the bottom of the Prorel telecabine, see here.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

@intheshed, I ordered my half term lift passes a week or so ago, and they came through within that same week, to my home address.

@intheshed, if you have old electronic passes at home already, you can usually reload them on the website. If not they will post out to your UK address in just a few days. There is indeed an office at the lift station in Briancon, but expect a queue at half-term. There are also machines at the stations to get your passes from, which are often open outside of office hours and Ski pass Xpress where you can retrieve passes bought online.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

If you complete the order, you can choose to retrieve it from the Xpress machines, you will be emailed a QR code.

Thanks (all) for the quick replies.
I hadn't seen anything (possibly user error) ref getting them posted to the Uk.
We've got 4 weeks so I'll go ahead and order them.
Many thanks.
