It seems my slight lack of care during summer cause some base shrinkage of my old ski, I can see very small gaps in between edges and base, it's so small that not sure if melting something would get into it, I guess maybe pressing down might do it but how can I fix it? I read ptex won't stick to the edge

It’s very unlikely that uhmw polyethylene (ptex) has shrunk, it’s remarkably robust stuff. I suspect your core has warped and the edges splayed out, which is likely to be terminal.

Core feels ok to be fair, camber still there and wouldn't say the rebound is bad! Unless it's beginning of the end of its journey..
That said, this sounds like a solid case for a new ski with Mrs

Delamination caused by temperature/humidity thus allowing rust into places it shouldn't be can push your edges out. Seen it a few times but (1:500) but not common.

Interesting. It has been kept inside a bedroom, should be fairly dry/warm.
I will take it for repair and see what they recommend.

I had a pair that did that. I noticed it on my last day of the season as I was putting them into my ski tube for the flight home. Brought them to the shop where they were purchased and they were replaced with a new pair (after the Head rep had a look). That being said they were one season old and I had the receipt. The replacements have been fine.
