Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Getting SERIOUSLY hacked off with Easyjet

I suspect initial rejection of claims is in their business model. The initial rejection probably dissuades a reasonable percentage of claims, thereby 'saving' them money.

My weirdest delay on EasyJet was back in 2005 from Luton to Geneva. It was the first flight of the day, everyone had boarded, but the door hadn't closed after 45 mins. I was sitting at the front of the plane and overheard the ground controller discussing the delay. It turns out the decision to p*ss off a plane load of people was that the crew meals hadn't been loaded...............

EJ rejected my claim. I’ll have a think about if I pursue it, how I challenge their rejection.

There's no need to go to one of the claims companies who take a share of your compensation. You can download a standard template for claiming compensation from various sources, such as here

A few years back my Icelandair connecting flight at Reykyavik was delayed by more than 3 hours, I sent them a letter based on the recommended template and got my EU regualtion 261 money through within a week.

Good luck!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?
