Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Anyone else been affected by this or know why they've taken two weeks out of their schedule?

Looks like they have taken 4 weekends out actually,last flight on 11th. Jan, next one on 15th. Feb. Presumably just getting some better paying work for the plane in the dead time between New Year and half term ? (No idea of half term dates as I have no kids in school now Very Happy ) Still listing Manchester - Lyon right through.

I take it 15 -22 Feb is half term as easyjet man-lyon is £300 return, liv -gren is a very reasonable £255 though rolling eyes 8-15 Feb you are looking at £70 return from Man and £60 from the sarf.

8th Feb is Scottish half term. Actually just worked out really well as I've managed to change our flights for free to fly from Edinburgh which is actually closer to home. I'd only chosen Liverpool because the Edinburgh flights were going to be £300pp return and Liverpool was £80! Quite a saving for the 4 of us and now we've managed to go from Edinburgh after all for the same price! Was fuming at Easyjet when I got the cancellation email but now they are my favourite airline! Very Happy

@trmacc, Yes, well done. Sounds like a good response from easyjet and a good result for you. You only clash with one area of France too as that is their first week, Paris and some parts of the south I think.

@skitow, yes couldn't really ask for more. Our half term usually works out quite well busyness wise. It's the cost of flights from Scotland that is normally the problem so we've quite often flown from Manchester or Liverpool.
