Frosty the Snowman, there are a few spoof threads on the go this a.m. Bit easier to find them here than wading through the national newspapers.
The best spoof had to be that wonderful Panorama report (back in the days of black and white TV) about the spaghetti harvest - with film of the stuff hanging in bunches from the trees. Excellent. Suckered an amazing amount of people. As did Orson Welles radio drama about the Martian Invasion. We believed what came out in the media in those days.

The only reason the Piste is closing at 12 noon is avalanche risk and boarder blockage. That opening posting is quite misleading.
