Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Snowbombing 2020 - dates?

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I'm planning a family trip to Mayrhofen for Easter 2020 and want to avoid the Snowbombing week, but as far as I can tell the dates haven't been announced. Am I missing something? Or does anybody have any useful inside knowledge?

Just commenting because I'm interested in the dates as well. I've signed up for the news letter for SB just to get the info as nothing has been released yet. A bit academic as we've booked Mayrhofen from 28/3 but hopefully SB will be later; it was 8/4 in 19. The plus side is, if we do coincide with it is that the pistes should be quieter in the mornings whilst all the ravers sleep in. Very Happy

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Depends which part of town you're staying as well.
Choose a hotel / appt away from the main venues / high street and you'd probably be OK.
Up on the slopes you'll hardly notice anything (apart from Rompa's reggae shack which will make your ears bleed if you get too close).

@Hamish it's a multi-generational family trip and I know the grandparents would hate it - and it would be getting it in the neck as a result. So I really do want to avoid (or minimise depending on dates) coinciding...

13-18 April 2020. Phew. I’m sure those going will have a great time but glad we’re missing it.
