Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

She was on an EasyJet flight. They have finally made it back home which is the main thing. Not sure if her kids have an inset day tomorrow!

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

This is a brilliant thread and @mickeycharlton you are a hero.

I'm almost looking forward to losing a bag next time I fly so I can join in Laughing

You can DM me their PIR. I'm sure they're on there amongst the other 803 missing reports that have been created at LGW since yesterday.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I couldn’t agree more and unfortunately I’ve called on his services far too many times.
If you’re ever in Morzine mickeycharkton then let me know as I owe you a beer or two.

an absolute sh*t show in Geneva - flight into Bristol on 3rd only about 20% of passengers got there bags!

We arrived at GVA late Saturday evening (from a winter break in Egypt) and the baggage area was something else due to the earlier failure - bags everywhere including still on the belts where people must have given up, not helped by a few cancelled flights to the likes of Amsterdam due to issues there.

It's usually quite efficient but eventually, after an hour or so, our bags turned up just as we were about to head home and file a lost baggage report. Due to airtags in the bags we knew they had arrived but hadn't moved from the plane since we landed and given the chaos we didn't think they were likely to move soon.

Must have been awful for those heading out to ski resorts on transfers and I doubt they would have received their bags the next day either given the volume of lost bags
