When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Advice for a weekend in Jan 20’

I’m looking for resort advice for a 40th birthday weekend for January 2020 . The resort would ideally be an hour transfer from an airport and have good nightlife. We would fly in on Friday 17th morning and leave on Sunday 19th evening. Accommodation would consust of a fairly decent hotel, but nothing extravagant!

Hi all,

So, I've settled on Kitzbuhel. Easy access from Stansted - Salzburg with a quick transfer. Does anybody have recommendations for a transfer company, hotels etc.
We're going to be skiing 1/2 day Friday, Sat & Sun. How is the lift pass situation been for this season?
Any ideas, suggestions are greatly welcome.
