Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

snowbunny, probably not, but I'd be interested to try some more Lacroix, they seem to be well made and well designed

What sort of ski would grab your interest?. I know nothing about their modern ski range. I saw a few pairs some years ago, they seemed to have disappeared from the dealers racks, wherever I looked in the past few winters.

They seemed to me to be well made, well thought out skis. I'd say the ones I had yesterday were one of the best skis I've skied for twelve months. So, I'd be expect the rest of the range to be good as well.

I was lucky to be able to ski them in a variety of conditions and on a range of slopes and, based on that testing, I think it's fair to say they're The indoor snow ski for next summer, they're like a tennis racquet but with the edge control of a washing machine and reminded me off my old sink plunger.

A well made, good all round ski it seems. Shame they are not more actively promoted. I was aware that the US co. was separate, bit odd having the same name. I really don't want to know why you would find your old sink plunger so memorable. Shocked Laughing

Sorry, I was following some instructions on writing ski reviews, there were two guidelines, first, make sure you've got a range of terrain so you can do a meaningful test, and second, don't write total rubbish. Now I re-read that I see I was only 50% there

I'm quite relieved, For a while, I thought you had gone all surreal and allegorical on us.
Curiouser and curiouser!

Anyone for Tea? Very Happy
