Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Les Arcs 1950 - An Easter holiday 2019 trip report - Our first time driving down.

@Arctic Roll, I'm not totally sure when we will be in Les Arcs over the summer. My summer plans at the moment revolve around the Dolomites in August for about 2 1/2 weeks. So will probably come out to Les Arcs somewhere near the early part of July and stay until mid July, but now you mention the tour passing through Bourg we may stay lalter.

Our plans are for a few days of VTT, a couple of walks - like you over in the Cormet or from the petite st Bernard and some more serious glacier walking (upto about 45 degrees). We will also spend some time sport climbing and perhaps via ferrata, though to be honest I'm starting to get a little bored with via ferrata (I know, heresy)

We may well cross - if it looks likely I contact you and perhaps arrange a drink

Excellent. we've a number of visitors popping in and out, as well as the usual crew of 1950 regulars, including a couple of s:heads. Would be great to catch up and invite you over to our side of the mountain if you are in the area.
