I've been to the 3 valleys a few times and we are off again next week.
Does anyone have any good lunch tips/suggestions?
Anything from fancy to takeaway spot and anything in between - as long as you recommend it.
I find we eat at the same spots every year and it would Be nice to maybe try a few new places.

Two of my favorite rustic on-mountain places for reasonably priced mountain nosh/plat du jours - Le Loy on the way down to St Martin. or Le Corbelys a bit higher up (as you are skiing down toward St martin it's shortly before the reach the top station of the st martin gondonla top station. Both are great if the sun is shining and you are out on the terrace (provided you are lucky not that have the usual European phenomenon of someone next to you spoiling the mountain air and food taste by lighting up and blowing smoke) - the Loy terrace is bigger than Corbelys. Loy is also where the valley widens out so a lovely wide panorma.
I used to like Arc en Ciel in Courchevel 1650 though apparently that's gone this year, replaced by a tapas (that someone on here said is still good).
The pizzeria (whose name I forget) in Reberty is a nice sun trap.
Bouc Blanc always reliable for a decent plat du jour or a steak tartare.
The best value upmarket place - Farcon in La Tania.

We have our favourite spots that we always have to get to:
Bouc Blanc - just above La Tania. Lovely traditional food. Tartiflette is great.
Corbelys - just above the St Martin Express on the left. Local stuff again, try the sausages and polenta. We haven't been to the other one (Loy I guess) ut a group in the chalet said it was the worst 3V lunch they've had...
La Folie Douce, Meribel & VT - The food is always great quality and pretty reasonable. We don't go in the restaurant, just the self service bit. The tartiflette was described by the wife as "bowls of heaven."
Clos Bernard - This is a must visit. Follow the signs right by the Loze lift. It's a random journey through the trees and it will feel like you are in the wrong place, but it's well signed and you'll get there eventually. Less well signed heading back, but you end up on the run into Meribel Villiage. Wood fired grill, a pricier option than the previous ones.
1928 - Top of the Loze lift and the lift up from La Tania. Bit of a tardis as it looks tiny from the outside. First visit this year and it was lovely. Big portions. Again, not cheap but worth it.
Caves Des Creux - Only been once. Food was great, although the service was slow. A good spot if you can get the terrace on a sunny day. The dessert table is immense.
Would recommend getting early to everywhere to get the best spots if it's good weather. Book if you want to guarantee, particularly the Clos Bernard, although we just turned up this year.

No the Loy is half way down from mid station to the bottom and is recommended.
The other one at mid station is the Chardon Bleu and has mixed reviews...

Le Trait d’Union - really cute refuge off piste on the left, on the way down to St Martin ... mother and daughter serve three course plats du jour at a very fair price, when we went in January, they handed out song sheets and played accordions over deserts! Don’t attempt the track on skis unless there is good snow cover ... though Spyderjon has done an excellent job on repairing the bases of my skis!
Had a good meal at Lachenal in St Martin in January for a not unreasonable price ... excellent Soupe L’Onion and Savoyard fair.
Also a good meal at Les Cretes recently at the top of Tourgnette, excellent food and service ... smelly loos, not a male problem, but definitely a female issue.
My low visibility bolthole is Pizzeria de Mottaret who do much more than Pizzas ... veal milenese and confit de canard spring to mind, also handy for walkers.

Echo recommendations of Corbeleys and La Loy. Great friendly speedy service at the latter and they do an epic simple omelette and chips.
Chez Pepe Nicholas just above Bvd Cumin - but you do have to hike up just after the bridge. You can ski down to it too on a red piste called Chasse from Les Men or VT but the piste is often closed, and at this time of year that probably means mud and rubble. Food is a cut above the average and the views from the terrace are lovely.
The Lodge du Village in Meribel Village-great sunny terrace, and excellent grub.
We used to be regulars at the Bouc Blanc, but it has got so huge and busy we’ve gone off it a bit.
Le Rendezvous in the middle of VT has become a regular haunt over there. Quality pizzas, salads, as well as fancier dishes. Some dishes have an oriental twist.

@Otherworld, Caribou under the Moraine lift is good in VT. Also very scenic because it is very very high up.

Kids liked the Rond Point in Meribel (next to the piste). Good burgers, noddles, inc veggie options, music, and a cool slide down to the loss..!

At the top of VT part way down from cascades, there is Chalet Marine - lower terrace for good slope food, and the upper terrace has really good quality lunches. Definitely recommended by all in our party! (They're really on it with allergens too if that's relevant to you)

@Thomasski, +1 for Chalet Marine; and not to mention the chilled out tunes played on what is surely one of the best slope side sound systems in the 3V.

@Otherworld Igloo in Reberty is good for pizzas and salads at reasonable prices. Cafe del Mott, in Mottaret (top of nursery slope), has good 9.50 Euros plat du jour or hamburger and chips. Croix Jean Claude in Les Allues has excellent 3 course lunch or dinner menu for 28 Euros. Also fan of Le Loy.

Can recommend the Doron creperie in the Helios hotel as a really good option that seems relatively unknown. (Was previously in the main hotel carpeted dining room, and you took off your ski boots which were put on boot warmers, and given slippers....now, sadly, they've built an extension that's new this season, and you keep your boots on  ). It's on the right hand side of the Doron piste, 200 metres above the metal steps by the Tourist Office. Excellent value. A main course, dessert and "bollet" of cider for 18 euros.
