Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Customer service . . .

K2 does it proper like Shocked

Been meaning to sort out my broken Chinch CTX bindings for a couple of years but never got round to it till this year when I finally pulled my finger from my butt and got on with designing a ski boot sole/snowboard binding interface and to allow me to use ultra strong 3D printing for its construction. . . more to follow on this when testing/patents/trademarks are in place . . . But you do need a snowboard binding that locks the highback in place with no fore or aft movement and enough meat at the top to add a strap.

Anyway, I couldn't find a retailer with repair spares so I called K2 customer service . . . They had the part in the post within an hour FOC . . . that is stunning customer service for a product produced more than 5 years ago and without any questions about its use or abuse Shocked

+1 for K2 customer service. They replied very quickly to my email a few weeks ago about missing foot beds for the kiddies boots that "grow" with them (so the boot does a few sizes).......the guy explained it was simply some foam and to source and cut to size as they didn't sell it a spare and help how to do it etc.
