Quick question folks, I have Marker Griffon bindings fitted for a boot length of 321mm but I'm looking at new boots with a 313mm length. will the skis need re-drilling and bindings moved or can the Griffons be adjusted in this range?

8mm should be well within the adjustment range, but it depends if your bindings are already set towards the short end of the range.
If you don’t know what you are going, take the boots/skis to a local ski shop, and they will confirm either way.

Thanks for the reply, I am definitely taking them to snow and rock but just wanted to make sure because I am looking at a different boot manufacturer than my current ones and for the same size boot the soles are different lengths and didn't want too much hassle.

As above should be fine unless they were set very forward but you can easily check yourself. Lock the rear binding, get a Phillips screw driver and see whether the heel piece will move forward 8mm.

That's an unreliable test as the upper heel will move that far forward as that's the direction it goes to remove it from the rail. The key is whether the worm drive is fully engage in the track. And you use a no.3 Pozidriver not a Phillips.
