Take photos of all passes/receipts/insurance cards in the group and upload them all onto your whatsapp group. If you are all likely to lose your phones at the same time, you really shouldn't be out without supervision.

This year the woman at the lift office also recommended taking a photo of the card itself, showing the number and bar code. She also recommended all members of the group (including children) did the same |
I did actually say both receipt and lift pass in the original post!!
