Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Telephone number for APRR

I'm sure that none of you will remember but we had issues with our telepeage doofer on our drive down at Christmas (see live chat thread). Unfortunately the offices were closed on our return journey and we were unable to swap the badge. I'm trying to get it sorted out in time for our next jaunt to the Alps in March but I'm having trouble getting it sorted.

I can't log in as cannot remember my password and the 'forgotten password' link asks for a post code - which it tells me is incorrect - I'm sure i put in 00000 when I first registered many years ago but maybe not. I cannot find a telephone number on the website, other than 3620 'Mon autoroute' and knowing what knowledgeable and helpful chaps you snowheads are I thought it was worth an ask on here.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

thanks

@snowlamb, there is an option to reset your password.

(mot de passe oublie). You can then ask for a new badge which will turn up in just a few days. You can return the old one.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

oh, just read your post properly. If I remember correctly, the 00000 bit is actually corrected by APRR to your proper UK postcode.

Have you tried the email contact via the site http://www.aprr.fr/fr/contact/e-mail
I used this when mine failed on the way down a couple of years back because of a card change and they fixed it in time for the return journey.
Just checked my profile and my postcode is correct without spaces.

I've tried 00000 and I've tried my UK postcode in different formats, unfortunately none of it works Sad

@snowlamb, I've also used the email option mentioned above, and it was sorted quickly.
