No, but what a simple, elegant and neat idea though.
Any joinery should be able to rout that form for you, just a matter of finding one that's interested in doing one off to help you.

It is good. The best way to make that though would be to fix three front pieces to a back piece, instead of routing from solid. With small screws into each from the back, and a spot of decent glue, it should be easy enough to make them in even a modestly equipped workshop

Well please let me know how you get on, would be interested in purchasing from you if you fancy knocking up a couple. My tools are limited.

@Corduroy, I will have a crack next week. I would need to know the max width EXACTLY of your skis, and their waist width would help too. Keep in mind though, I am no carpenter.

@Corduroy, And they would probably need "tuning" with a file or piece of sandpaper so that the skis hung at exactly the same height. Actually they would Definately need that. Probably.

Very neat. I might have a go when I get a bit of time. I'm not this confident though!!

won't you have to pay duty on it, coming from the states? If you want to hang up your skis in your sitting room I suppose it's a good way to do it.......

You know it makes sense.

Looks simple enough to make. A groove run at a slight wedge. Quite easy with a router & a bit with the right depth.
Could probably get them 3d printed as well.

@pam w, I don't think the import duty on $30 is gonna break the bank... In fact I don't think it's payable on such a small amount.

Ask them to mark it up as gift & make sure they seperate the postage from the value.
If they label it correctly as wood hanger then it should be 0% import duty & 20% vat

I have already asked them to mark as a gift so should be cool.

Best minimalist solution I’ve seen for storing skis on a flat wall. I need this storage: not as a display solution. I’ll be knocking one up along a bunk-bed wall in a narrow hallway.
@thecramps, good idea to build up rather than use a router. Your build also means you can adjust the size/width with slots rather than holes.
Nice project.
