Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Bad Gastein in the Ski Amade. With alternative options to ski Schladming, Hochkonig on the same lift pass if snow holds and it should do if the current conditions continue. We're skiing out of Flachau 13-20 Apr and very confident. Can do good deals on an apartment if you come our way for week 30 Mar to 06 Apr. PM if you're interested.

Given the amount of snow falling across the northern Austrian alps at the moment perhaps pretty much anywhere.

The usual suggestions would be Ischgl, as already mentioned, Obertauern and Obergurgl. The Arlberg should be a good option. Other places worth considering would be Zillertal and Serfaus / Fiss.

I would wait before committing to a resort. Inevitably the weather will change, perhaps it will stop snowing at the end of January. Early April is well after peak season so accommodation should be easy to find.

Zurs or St Christoph, the latter far cheaper than Lech and a higher altitude. Both link well to the entire lift pass region.

Stubai glacier is always good late season even in iffy seasons. Approx 120 km of pistes with a free ride guiding operation in place. If you have 3 days this would be perfect and not far from Munich.
