Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

@bambionskiis, so how was your holiday? Hope you liked Montgenevre. Did you get over to Claviere?

A lot of things went wrong to be honest (won’t bore you), so we didn’t get nearly as much skiing done as we would have liked, but we still had a brilliant time, thanks for asking. There was sunshine and blue sky’s all week and the snow held up for us (although the village was bare). Accomodation was good, people friendly, food good. All in all a great place. Sadly Clavière eluded is this time Sad

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Montgenevre is . . . . . warm!

Spring skiing conditions this week with some runs looking a little worse for wear in places. . . .however the pistes are still holding up and overall the snow is still in pretty good shape . . .

Really good week considering the warm / spring conditions . . .the piste keeping here is excellent and the cold nights are keeping them intact . . .but only just!

Chalvet sector better in the mornings once the hardpack has softened (chase the sun) with the other side still offering some decent runs in Gondrans / Claviere later in the day . . .stick to the shady areas on the edges of the treelined runs for the better snow . . .

Some snow clouds appeared on Friday but didn't hang around for long . . .a dump is due / needed . . .

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

Cheers belch. I looked at the open listed earlier and noticed that Crete is now closed. We used that one a lot so that would have been a big deal for us so we were lucky. Fingers crossed for a large dump soon.
