Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Ski buddy required for Bavaria 9th Feb

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
Hello,

I am a lower intermediate skier looking for a ski buddy for my already-booked ski holiday to Germany in February. The price is less than £600 half-board in a 4-star hotel. There is still availability for a private room. I am flying from London but there are other UK departures.

I plan for a relaxed week, enjoying the scenery and soaking up the Bavarian culture. I will probably do as much Nordic skiing and winter walking, as Alpine skiing. The area doesn't suit someone who just wants to cover the miles on downhill skis.

I am a (straight) 40's female looking for similarly mature female company to share the experience.

Please direct message me if you are interested.

Thanks!

Which part of Bavaria? I've not heard much about Bavaria skiing.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

That's quite a large area! Is it Garmisch, Oberstdorf, Reit im Winkl, Oberammergau, Füssen, Berchtesgaden...?

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

I'll be elsewhere at that time but know the area quite well, including the nordic and cultural aspects. As others have asked, where will you be based? It's a large area with very distinct regions.
