These are very useful:
use apps like Park4Night and Motorhome Parkings

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

Tignes does not allow it anymore (top end anyway) partly due to the altitude & potential for extreme cold allegedly.

Anyway, snowHeads is much more fun if you do.

You'll need to Register first of course.

As far as I know the nearest are the campsites at Bourg st Maurice.
There is an aire slopeside at La Plagne.
Lots of info shared on FB "Motorhome & Ski"
Motorhomes are not welcome in Val in the winter.
Marie, have you motorhomed at subzero temps before? I'd hate for you to spend/waste all that money renting something that wasn't suitable for what you want to do. Are you planning to rent one in the UK and drive from here?
You'll want it to have winter, or at least M&S, tyres; snow socks; snow chains; external insulated screen cover etc, etc, etc - apologies if I'm preaching to the converted, as it were.

No electric at either, in fact they're not really accommodating to any motorhomes.
