Don`t know the place but according to one disgruntled guest on Tripadvisor:
"Several of us were booked into this hotel. On first impressions it seemed lovely. However they moved our belongings (without permission) to a different, much much smaller room because one of the locals needed a room for a friend!! Our room had been booked for over 6 months! And then two days later we get a note explaining that there will be a loud party, they will not accept any complaints and we can leave early if we wish. We have no objections to loud parties but some common politness would have been nice! And as this party had obviously been planned for a few months could they not have told us when we booked the room or when we checked in? And when we went to reception to investigate, all of a sudden they couldn't speak any English, which had not been an issue when we checked in! My reccomendation, if you're going to Kitzbuhel is to stay at the Pension Enstsrasser, we had lots of friends staying there and they all loved it!"
To be fair - another guest who stayed in March 2005 loved it.
