The missus and I have both got boots from there (we live in Sevenoaks). Have always found them to be knowledgeable and very helpful.
We both love our boots. My wife's were perfect first time. I had to go back to get some adjustments (pushing out a part of the boot that was a bit too small) after a week in the Alps, which were done for free.

Yes. Got my boots there a few years ago and recently got them to replace the sole plates. Excellent service. Will be the first place I look next time.

They are our "local" ski shop (we live 30 mins away). They are brilliant.
I didn't get my boots from there but have had them adjusted and footbeds fitted by them. My OH and two friends however have both had boots fitted from them and the service was spot on. Knowledgable and keen to take the time to make sure the boot is right. One of them had to take their boots back for some minor adjustment after our last trip. All done without a fuss.
You won't go wrong! All the staff are great but in particular Pasque is a fountain of knowledge!

We do not live that near them but have made the journey several times to buy kids skis, boots for all the family, salopettes etc. I am very pleased with the boots I bought there. I have awkward feet (bunion on one side) and my boots are very comfortable. They spend a long time fitting them in the first place and you can go back unlimited times if there are any issues.

Another recommendation from me... Pasq and team really know their stuff and followed through on their promise to keep tweaking my boot fit until perfect.

I live near by and bought my last pair from there about 2-3 years ago. They did a much better job than the shop in Obergurgl where I'd bought my previous pair from. I'd really recommend them.

I'm so pleased to read this thread, as we're also nearby and hoping to buy boots there soon...
Just for info to the OP, apparently they open Sundays from next weekend, and have some bookable boot fitting slots on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Went Friday Well pleased. Pasque was great and took time trying a few different boots that fitted my foot profile then went with the 1 I felt was the best fit then on to the heat mould. Only problem now is my new boots are about 60mm shorter than old boots. Might have to redrill bindings.

And love to help out and answer questions and of course, read each other's snow reports.

yes thats what I thought. Washed my feet on hot wash and they shrank. No I have polynesian feet. (south pacific).
When I got my old boots about 15yrs ago they never catered for wide fit with high instep. Thank god things have changed. I had a nightmare with my boots

You know it makes sense.

So you had quite a lot of space around the toes in the old boots then!

Sorry typo 20mm think I will still have to Redhill bindings can move bindings to fit new boots but it goes out of the safe forward pressure marks. It's still 2 boot size difference

I went back to Captain's cabin in Sevenoaks today and they made an adjustment to my 2.5 year old ski boots (originally purchased from them) free of charge. Very friendly service.
Their sale started today with some good discounts. I came away with a new helmet and some apres ski boots this time. Would recommend popping by if you live in that area. For those who don't they also have a website.

I've mentioned them before but cannot fault captains cabin!
Myself, the OH and our friends have purchased many things from them in the past and their customer service is top notch.
They ordered in an out of stock ski jacket for me on request and they actually run a pretty decent points/reward scheme as well!
