Poster: A snowHead

A snowboarder at Snowmass ski area, Aspen, was run over last Friday by a snowmobile being driven by a local ski patroller.
The boarder, 22-year-old Chris Robinette, says that he was preparing for a jump when the snowmobile came uphill and over a blind rise, knocking him down and breaking his leg.
According to this report in The Aspen Times, Robinette is now facing medical expenses because Aspen has not offered to pay them.
There are varying accounts of where responsibility for the accident lies, with the paper quoting a witness who seems to back Robinette.

Did the snowmobile driver have skiboards on his vehicle ?
Was the snowmobile driver too pissed to talk (there was that previous article about folk being more drunk and driving on snowmobiles than other forms of transport)
