Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

We invite you to make the interview process a two-way conversation, in writing or next time we talk. Ideally these questions give us more information about previous background/experience in communal living. We are less interested in standard job dynamics, but instead, about trying to imagine what it would be like to live together for 2-3 months. Zao is a small town where everyone outside our bubble speaks a different language both literally and culturally.
What is most exciting, and most potentially problematic about group collaboration for you?
Tell us a little about any previous experience in community living. How would you describe yourself as a community member? Strengths and weaknesses, please.
Living and working this closely with others in a community can result in conflict. How you would move forward individually (or with others) after a challenging conversation.

Zao is an old skiing and onsen village, famous for it's very smelling onsen. Lots of snow! (and of course "Snow Monsters")

Perfect for bilingual - very "Japanese" place.

It was 2011, when I was there ! this is my trip post and a few Snow Monster photos, there is also a bit on Shiga Kogen http://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?t=73205&highlight=

@Hyst, Very Japanese indeed and one of the main reason for picking it, there was a superb Ramen bar up by the main slope, great place to stop at the end of the day for a beer and a snack

Keep sharing your tales of Japan chaps! It’s top of my list and you’ve whet my appetite for a ‘sushi n ski’ trip. Razz

If I was younger, had some useful (non-salaryman) skills and kept up my nihongo from the 80s, I would’ve jumped at the job.
Kampai!!
