Mail for help.Help!!

Log in to snowHeads to make it MUCH better! Registration's totally free, of course, and makes snowHeads easier to use and to understand, gives better searching, filtering etc. as well as access to 'members only' forums, discounts and deals that U don't even know exist as a 'guest' user. (btw. 50,000+ snowHeads already know all this, making snowHeads the biggest, most active community of snow-heads in the UK, so you'll be in good company)..... When you register, you get our free weekly(-ish) snow report by email. It's rather good and not made up by tourist offices (or people that love the tourist office and want to marry it either)... We don't share your email address with anyone and we never send out any of those cheesy 'message from our partners' emails either. Anyway, snowHeads really is MUCH better when you're logged in - not least because you get to post your own messages complaining about things that annoy you like perhaps this banner which, incidentally, disappears when you log in :-)

Snowboard lessons in Meribel

 Poster: A snowHead
Poster: A snowHead
I am going to Meribel with my son, aged 14, next week. He has been snowboarding for 4 years, he can snowboard off-piste, black runs, do some basic rails.
I would like him to have some lessons to improve his tecnique. He doesn't want to be in a class all day and would prefer a small group for 2-3 hours a day. An alternative is to get him a private lesson.
Anyone got any recommendations for Meribel.

penster, My daughter had lessons for the past 2 years with rtmsnowboarding.com , she had a great time and made loads of progress.

They seem like a great bunch of guys and are all native English speakers. I'm a skier who only dabbles at boarding (never had a lesson at all) so can't comment from personal experience.

Well, the person's real but it's just a made up name, see?

penster, Heartily agree with Wags - RTM are definitely the guys to go with. Wouldn't go with anyone else personally - first had an improvement lesson with them a couple of years ago and my boarding was transformed within an hour. Have sent all our friends to them since and they've all had a great time. They've just got a fantastic reputation and they live up to it.

Have a great trip!
